Delete Account and Data Request
Deleting your account inside the app is immediate and permanent. Open the app and go to Me → More → Delete Account, then type “Delete my account” to confirm. Your birth details, your chart, every report you have generated, your Seek chats, and your connection profiles and readings are erased straight away, along with the files behind them. It cannot be undone and there is no recovery period.
Two things are kept, and neither identifies you once your account is gone: a record of what was paid, because company law requires accounting records to be kept, and a one-way fingerprint of your email address so that a subscription you have already paid for can be reconnected if you ever come back.
If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel there before deleting your account. We cannot cancel a Google Play subscription on your behalf.
